Hey guys, just another little review for another good yet dissapointing cdkey site to hit the internet.
Yesterday i went searching the net for a cheap and legit copy of Modern warfare 2, knowing that most sites have the STEAM problem going around so i was looking with a site with some decent reviews so i bumped into CDKEYSDIRECT.COM.
1st Purchase
Game: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 CD Key
Delivery Time: within 24 hours
Pre-Payment
It has some decent reviews like "Paid for the item ($40 less than RRP!), recieved the key an hour or two later. Activated fine with Steam and am now downloading it. :D" and "The serial i've recieved works perfect with steam. ". So noticing that most of the customers copies of CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE 2 worked correctly with steam i decided to purchase it myself, ofcourse going through the activation was a pain in the ass as there customer service have broken english as if they are indian or chinese and have never completed third grade.
Post-Payment
I purchased the key with my paypal and since paypal is "loaded" with scammers the customer service rep. suggested I send them a scanned picture of my passport or drivers license, ofcourse knowing it is only $45.00 i am not risking my details for such a little cost. Then the more i talked him down the more this 'automated' human being would respond with the same shit over and over, thats when it started to go downhill the customer service rep would not respond for 10-20 minutes on end and it took over 4 total hours online with the representative to actually get the key. Once i received the key i registered it to my steam and it all works as told by the reviews that they have on the product listed, but after a few days of playing Steam shuts down the account.
FINAL WORD
It seems as if their reviews are fake and they are just using them to get customers to purchase the product unwillingly knowing that they are phised/hacked/stolen keys. I would suggest going AGAINST this website and purchasing from a different site, there are plenty out there!
